I have worked with words for my entire career apart from a couple of years when I worked as a chef – and even then I wrote recipes for magazines.
I have written newsletters, web copy, press releases, articles, news pieces, radio ads and posters; and I was the launch editor for a hair trade magazine, Fringe. I also edited a magazine for a promotional merchandise association, and authored An Introductory Guide to Motor Vehicle Maintenance: Light Vehicles.
I can cater for any audience, but I do have a particular knack when it comes to writing lively copy for businesses that want to build lasting relationships with their customers, whether they are app developers, finance directors or beauty therapists.
Corporate clients have included Simple Skincare, Dimoso, Thorntons for Business, Bipo, EDF Energy, Rackspace, Run for the Children and Hove YMCA.
On the journalism front I've written for The Times, the Daily Express, Professional Beauty, Healthy&Organic Living, Fringe, Incentive&Motivation, OnTrack and many other trade magazines and local papers.
